[ALCTD] Not Your Typical Tequila Tasting
Keep your pants on and join us on March 11th, 2025, for an unforgettable tequila tasting experience at Fiori D'Italia!
This is not your average tequila night- this is a deep dive into true S-Tier tequilas that will completely change the way you think about the iconic Mexican spirit. Guided by Long Lam, resident tequila connoisseur from Allocated, this event promises to be an enlightening journey through the finest sipping tequilas that will challenge your preconceptions and rewrite any lingering tequila traumas from your past.
For those who’ve had the pleasure of crossing paths with Long, you already know he’s not one to mince words when it comes to tequila. Long’s philosophy is clear: First, your tequila purchases should support Mexico’s culture and agave fields, not celebrity endorsements. Second, if you prefer your tequila to taste like vanilla, you don’t actually like tequila. This event is to showcase the spirit in its purest form.
The evening will feature seven meticulously curated tequilas, focusing on non-additive and blanco expressions to highlight the stylistic differences between NOMs (distilleries) and the influence of agave terroir.
This isn’t just a tasting- it’s an education, a celebration, and a chance to connect with fellow tequila enthusiasts who share a passion for the real deal. Whether you’re a seasoned sipper or a curious newcomer, this event promises to elevate your understanding of tequila and leave you with a newfound appreciation for the artistry behind every bottle.
Come thirsty, come curious, and most importantly- come ready to sip tequila the way it was meant to be enjoyed.
Food will be catered by our good friends over at Seoul Casa!!!
