CALUMET FARMS 15 YEAR
52.5% ABV | Bardstown, KY (USA)
Calumet Farm Single Rack Black 15 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey is the pinnacle of the Calumet Farm Bourbon family. It represents the premium quality the brand is known for, as well as the hard-earned badge of patience. Allowing the bourbon to age slowly in Kentucky-only rick houses is a testament to doing things the right way - the way bourbon should be done. All barrels used to craft these rare batches are aged in a single, center cut rack. This expression of the Calumet Farm Bourbon family is their most aged and highest proof to date. It is Non-Chill Filtered for added depth of character and color.

MORRIS SIGNATURE
44% ABV | Rutherglen, Victoria (Australia)
A winery since 1859, Morris is located in Rutherglen, Victoria, Australia and are known for their fortified wines. They started the distillery in 2016 and was built around an original copper still from the ‘30s that was instilled at the winery in 1941. Signature is made from 100% Australian premium malted barley, then brewed and fermented in the family owned brewery before being distilled in one of their two copper pot stills. Barrels used for maturation include French and American oak, and ex-red wine barrels sourced from their family-owned wineries in the Barossa and Coonawarra regions of South Australia. Signature has been further finished in ex-Fortified wine barrels.

AMRUT CASK STRENGTH
61.8% ABV | Kambipura, Bangalore (India)
Amrut was founded in 1948 in Bangalore, India and produced their first rum in 1950. It wasn’t until 2004 that they released their first Single Malt Whisky. In 2014, Jim Murray (Jim Murray’s Whiskey Bible) gave the Cask Strength 93.5 points. All the 6-row barley used is 100% Indian-grown. Six-row barley has a higher content of fats and protein that results in more flavor and complexity in its spirit character, but less sugar than 2-row, so the alcohol yield is lower. Research done in Scotland has shown that Amrut Single Malt Whisky aged in Bangalore ages approximately 3.5 times faster than Scottish aged whisky. This is due to the altitude of 3,000 feet above sea level and the constant climate temperature of 78F. Amrut buys ex-Bourbon barrels from Heaven Hill, Buffalo Trace, Jack Daniels, and new American oak barrels for its aging process.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Heavy, thick oak and complex: some curious barley-sugar notes shrouded in soft smoke
Palate: A unique bittersweet overture where the oak and barley appear joined at the hip; lovely soft oils and then a sharp jolt of blood orange, which is then replaced by something more buttery and delicate
Finish: Long and elegant with the oak showing off its ex-Bourbon origins, a dab of butter character, a dash of dark sugar and some cocoa

NIKKA MIYAGIKYO
45% ABV | Sendai, Miyagi (Japan)
Masataka Taketsuru established Dai Nippon Kaju Co. in 1934 and built his first distillery in Yoichi, Hokkaido. It wasn’t until 1936 that distillation began and in 1940 the first Nikka Whisky was launched. For his second distillery, Masataka chose a valley in the Miyagi prefecture. It began operating in 1969. The goal was to make a complete contrast between the two distilleries, with different natural environments and production methods.
Miyagikyo malts are described as elegant and fruity. Made from light peated and non-peated malted barley, whiskies distilled in pot stills heated by indirect steam express a signature fruitiness and delicate mouthfeel. This no-age-statement expression was released in 2016 that showcases the elegant style of Miyagikyo malts. It has estery aromas generated by carefully selected yeast strains along with distinctive Sherry cask influence.

GLENDRONACH 15 YEAR REVIVAL
46% ABV | Forgue, Aberdeenshire (Scotland)
James Allardice was granted one of Scotland’s first distillery licenses and founded Glendronach in 1826. Their signature style is derived from using both Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks. PX casks impart rich, deep fruit flavors and an intensely dark, natural color. The dry and nutty notes come from Oloroso casks. Back from being discontinued in 2015 by the distillery, citing lack of maturing stocks. Revival is matured in ex-Oloroso and ex-Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks.

Palate: Honey-glazed apricot and ripe fig with a crescendo of black cherry, angelica, and muscavado sugar
Finish: Long and enveloping finish with dark manuka honey, herbal bitters, and dark chocolate
FOUND NORTH BATCH 007 18 YEAR
65.9% ABV | Blend (Canada)
Found North doesn’t make your typical Canadian Whisky. American brothers, Nick and Zach Taylor created the brand to create rich, complex, and tongue-tingling whiskies that “quicken the senses and enliven the taste buds.” In fact they don’t make the whisky themselves, they’re a NDP (Non-Distiller Producer). They have access to a diverse range of old, well-made whiskies that they can further mature and blend. They don’t use coloring or additives and release non-chill filtered batches at cask strength.
Every Found North release has a core component, in this case it is based around a 1998 vintage corn component aged in ex-Bourbon barrels. A pair of 22 year corn components were blended in, one was matured in ex-Bourbon, and one in new American oak. After those, a 2004 rye aged in Hungarian oak was added.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Brown sugar, taffy, and burnt caramel, torched lemon peel, creme brulee, and dried pear. Strawberry puree notes, graham cracker, vanillins and maple lie in wait. Ending with minerality, like fresh rain on granite or a limestone pulled from a fast-flowing stream.
Palate: The whisky lands in a creamy rush. The sweet cinnamon residue crystallizes on the mid-palate. The growing tannic friction between nutmeg and black pepper crackles into the side palate, before a steady warmth and the sweet aroma of an old leather armchair settle into the finish.
Finish: The oily, buttery mouthfeel carries a dark chocolate note deep into the finish, where the softening oak tannins and treacle light the kindling in your chest.
GOOD TIMES THE RYENEO
58% ABV | Louisville, KY (USA)
A single barrel select from Allocated and Fiori D’Italia. This is the wildest of wildcards. The whisky started it’s life in Indiana (MGP spirit) as a toasted cask with a barley legal rye (51% rye) in the cask. This was then transferred to a cocoa seasoned cask for 1.25 months, transferred to a mexican vanilla seasoned cask for 2 months and finally finished in a strawberry brandy seasoned cask for 2 months. Neopolitain cask finish is the most accurate name to call it, as it showcases all of the flavors from the 3 casks the original toasted rye was finished in.
Good Times whiskey company has always been about barrel crafting and doing sexy finishes. There’s no way a brand can truly compete with the Kentucky big boys without being innovative, and they have done it to an extreme. We believed there was nothing like this in the market and we wanted to make people feel like a sommolier god. This is not your typical rye, enjoy this with friends!
TASTING NOTES
Nose: caramel drizzled vanilla bean, white chocolate, confetti cake pop.
Palate: Spearmint gum, dark chocolate, rye spice, cherry cordial, chocolate dipped fresh wafer cones.
Finish: Tempered chocolate, unripe strawberries, vanilla.
