Join us Monday, March 9th, 2026 at Fiori D’Italia as we turn the keys over to the man behind the bourbon. This isn’t just another tasting; it’s a deep dive into the heart and soul of the world’s largest independent, family-owned distillery.
For the proof-hounds who think more heat always equals more heart, consider this a playful challenge. We’re raising a glass in a late toast to National Bottled-in-Bond Day, celebrating the integrity, patience, and history that makes Heaven Hill a titan in the industry.
Whether you’re a lifelong Elijah Craig fan or just starting your journey, Conor will be guiding us through a lineup that bridges the gap between your favorite dailies and the elusive, lesser-known gems of the portfolio.
It’s an honor to have Conor himself lead us through this tasting, as the man himself gets to see most of these products go from grain to glass.
