[ALCTD] Rare Character Dinner Pt. III

We’re back! 

Join us September 16th, 2025 at Fiori D’Italia as we collectively pick the next Rare Character Dinner Pick. With the success of the last tasting, we will keep it in the same blind tasting format where we will taste through some of the hottest new expressions coming out of Rare Character.

This dinner, as always, allows our patrons to have a voice in what is coming in. For those of you who have yet to had the pleasure of attending one of the Rare Character Barrel Pick dinners, the format will be:

1. Drams will be pre-poured out blind (you won’t know what is in the glass)

2. We will have you taste them all and rank best to least best

3. You’ll make your vote

4. Pablo will be blinded live on all blinds while everyone has the reveal

5. We take a group photo at the end and everyone who wants to be on the photo will be published on the bottle label

Buffet style dinner commencing after the flight as usual cooked up by our favorite chef at Fiori D’Italia.

You must be 21+ to attend.

Cocktail: 6:30PM | Tasting: 7:15PM

A portion of the proceeds from the tasting will be donated to a local non-profit
