Three bottles for Fiori D’Italia’s three decades in operations.

This expression marks the second release of the forementioned three bottles. The first being the final send-off of Fiori’s Maker’s Mark picks, this pick you are now reading about, and the Rare Character FDI 30th Anniversary Edition.

This expression is also the ninth expression of Ylli’s infamous J. Mattingly series.

From the man himself: “Blending is the essence of whiskey, but this specific J. Mattingly release, it represents the ultimate blend: family, friendship and craftsmanship combined. This project was a true team effort, bringing together my wife, my business partner Long, Lan (Allocated), Steve (Club Paris), Christine (S&C Bourbonworks) and Scott (Local Alaskan Tater). Together, we dove into the barrel selection process, allowing me to share my passion and blending style with the group.

It was an intense afternoon trying so much different whiskies; we curated and tested over 15 unique variations, letting the flavors battle it out before unanimously choosing the exceptional blend you see today.”
